The column is aluminium alloy rather than steel, which is the point: it carries a 140 kg load while keeping the empty cart light enough to be pushed by one person on a D-ring handle. Screen height sets between 1250 mm and 1600 mm, and the free-tilting bracket runs from plus 5 to minus 10 degrees so a very tall panel can be angled towards seated rows. Two 5 kg shelves handle the camera and the source equipment, cabling is routed along the column, and the heavy-duty castors lock the whole assembly down. Matte black and gloss white are both available.

Yes. The column is an alloy extrusion engineered for this load class, not a light-duty tube. The benefit over steel is weight: you get the same rated capacity with a cart that is easier to steer and easier to ship, which matters on export orders.
4. Will it take a 98" or 110" interactive panel?
It will, provided the panel is inside 140 kg and its VESA pattern is no wider than 1000x600 mm - which covers the large interactive displays we supply. This is the cart we normally quote alongside our biggest panels when the room cannot be drilled.
5. How high does the screen sit?
The mounting height is adjustable between 1250 mm and 1600 mm. On a very large panel the lower settings are usually better, because the top of a 120" screen is already well above head height.

9. Can it be moved with the display fitted, or does it need dismantling?
It is designed to be moved fully loaded. Unlock the heavy-duty castors, push from the D-ring handle rather than the frame or the screen, take doorways and thresholds slowly, and lock the castors again before anyone touches the panel.
10. Can you supply large quantities for a rollout?
