Collection: Headsets

USB and wireless headsets for staff who spend their day on calls — office desks, home working and contact-centre use.

Headsets are issued per person, not per room

Different purchase from everything else here. A headset is a personal device, and the practical consequence is that comfort matters more than specification. Someone wearing a headset for six hours will stop using an uncomfortable one, however good its microphone is, and will take calls on speakerphone instead.

Two decisions

Wired or wireless. Wired is cheaper, has no battery to fail and nothing to charge — fine for a fixed desk. Wireless is worth the premium for people who need to walk to a printer or a colleague mid-call, which in practice is most people in an open-plan office.

One ear or two. Single-ear suits contact centres and anyone who needs to stay aware of the room. Dual-ear with noise cancelling suits open-plan offices and noisy homes, and produces noticeably better call quality for both ends.

Buy a few spares

Headsets have the shortest life of anything on this site — cables fail, ear cushions wear, people lose them. A small stock held locally prevents someone working without one for three weeks waiting on a shipment.

Professional & UC Headsets for Calls and Contact Centres

Professional headsets keep conversations clear whether staff are handling contact-centre calls, joining hybrid meetings or working in open-plan offices. Noise-cancelling microphones isolate the speaker's voice, while comfortable ear cushions and adjustable headbands support long shifts without fatigue, helping agents and knowledge workers stay productive.

To choose the right model, start with connection type: USB and USB-C headsets suit softphone and PC use, wireless DECT or Bluetooth models give freedom to move, and dual-connectivity options bridge desk phones and computers. Decide between mono for staying aware of surroundings and stereo for focus, and confirm certification or compatibility with your platform, whether Microsoft Teams, Zoom or a contact-centre suite. For busy environments, prioritise stronger microphone noise cancellation and durable, replaceable ear cushions.

Common deployments include contact centres, corporate offices, help desks and remote-working teams, where consistent audio quality directly affects customer experience and call handling times. Standardising on a small range of models also simplifies rollout and support.
