4. How is it fixed to the desk?
Either way you prefer. A C-clamp grips desktops from 10 mm to 80 mm thick with no drilling, and a grommet mount passes through an existing cable hole in tops from 10 mm to 40 mm. Both parts are supplied, so you do not have to decide before ordering.
5. What does the 180 degree rotation stop do?
It physically limits how far the arm can swing. In a room where desks back onto each other or sit against a wall, that stops a monitor being pushed into a partition or into a colleague's screen - a small feature that prevents a lot of damage in shared offices.
